A strategic engagement to evolve the format and content of this medical client’s biennial sales meeting — enhancing engagement, strengthening messaging and supporting delivery across a fast-moving and evolving programme.

01: The brief

We were approached by a former client who had experienced our work several years previously. Now part of another MedTech company, they were looking for ways to refresh their event agenda and improve the overall experience of their forthcoming sales meeting in Madrid.

The focus was on increasing audience engagement and ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging throughout. Our role quickly expanded as the programme developed, requiring additional support across content, scripting and delivery.

02: OUR APPROACH

This project required us to adapt to the growing needs of the client.

What started as an initial consultancy role to review their current event format developed into a strategic partnership, working closely with the client team to reshape the agenda and introduce more dynamic, engaging formats designed to retain attention and encourage participation.

We introduced and sourced a central host to provide continuity across the programme, alongside a guest speaker aligned to the theme of team resilience. Content development was supported by us across key sessions, including the plenary presentation, business unit contributions, breakout sessions and awards dinner, while also overseeing scripting and narrative flow throughout.

Our approach remained flexible throughout, allowing us to respond to evolving requirements and provide additional support where needed.

03: The OUTCOME

The result was a more engaging and cohesive programme, with clear improvements in audience experience and interaction throughout.

Messaging landed with greater clarity and consistency, while the refreshed format supported stronger connection and energy across the business. Our ability to adapt quickly ensured the client team felt supported throughout, with the flexibility to meet changing demands without compromising delivery.
