MEDICAL SALES MEETING

BARCELONA 


A 4-day European Sales Meeting for 1,600 delegates, designed to bring together multiple business units, align messaging and create meaningful opportunities for connection, learning and celebration. All delivered within a complex, multi-layered programme across the city.

01: The brief

Our long-standing global MedTech client engaged us to deliver their annual European Sales Meeting - a large-scale, multi-tier event with simultaneous regional and divisional programmes running alongside core plenary content.

The brief required full end-to-end delivery across all four days, covering event logistics, delegate management, content development, video creation and creative & technical production.

A strong focus on brand alignment, clarity of messaging and opportunities for networking and interaction was required throughout. The programme included complex plenary and breakout structures, alongside team-building activities, recognition events, and social moments designed to unite the sales force, all supported by live translation into six languages.

02: OUR APPROACH

Having been involved with this event for several years, we understood the challenge and complexity of working simultaneously across multiple business units and geographic regions to deliver a fully integrated programme

With their largest audience to date, we sourced a venue capable of hosting all meeting and accommodation requirements within easy reach of each other.  Additional external awards venues were sourced across the city to provide a unique experience for all attending.

Strong management and communication processes were instrumental to the success of this project. A dedicated, experienced project team was assigned to support stakeholders across all business units, providing structure, clarity and flexibility as requirements evolved. Strong central project management ensured consistency across all elements, from large-scale plenary sessions to smaller breakout environments and beyond. Strategic and creative thinking was required from the outset to keep the format and content fresh for a seasoned audience. 

With a recent brand refresh being rolled out throughout the business, it was crucial to instil and maintain a clear, unified brand presence throughout the event. Creative and technical delivery was designed to feel cohesive across all spaces, with environment design and content frameworks replicated and adapted across divisions to maintain integrity and consistency across every touchpoint.

03: The OUTCOME

The result was a seamlessly delivered programme that balanced scale with clarity.

Attendees experienced a consistent, cohesive environment across all sessions, supporting strong communication, alignment and engagement throughout the business. The structure of the event enabled meaningful interaction, effective knowledge sharing and a clear sense of recognition across multiple regions and divisions.

Evolving requirements and late additions to the brief were managed effectively and efficiently by our team, enabling all stakeholders to feel fully supported throughout.
